♡ By purchasing from Spoilette LLC you are confirming that you are at least 18 years or older. Our clothing, logos, product names, & product images may sometimes be considered explicit due to our store theme. We may repost or share customer reviews on our social media platforms. For the safety and security of our precious customers and our brand this is a requirement.
♡ Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns on certain items (not including or limited to holiday- inspired items and exclusive collections)
Eligible for return: Jackets, Crop Tops, Graphic-Tees, Shirts, Shorts, Joggers, etc.
˟ Not Eligible for return: undergarments, ANY lip care products, skincare & cosmetics, makeup of ANY kind, makeup accessories, socks/thigh high leggings, body suits, etc.)
Returns are ONLY eligible for exchange. All eligible to return items must be in excellent condition to qualify. There must not be any bodily fluids saturating the fabric, visible stains, marks, or spots. Fading in the graphic designs, bleached spots, or extremely stretched fabric, etc. If you do not see your items listed here, please contact us via email (Spoiletteco@gmail.com) to determine eligibility.
♡ All purchases are final! I do not allow refunds and will not do an exchange without first receiving the original item. I reserve the right to deny services and/or refunds in order to maintain the functionality of our store "Spoilette L.L.C" for any reason it may be. However, if you must request a refund, please contact us via email and we will determine if we can make an exception.

♡ We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packaging upon delivery and will not replace them. Please be sure that you or a trusted individual are present to receive your package upon delivery. However, if your package is damaged upon delivery to the extent that the internal content is contaminated or ruined, you may be eligible for replacement depending on the severity.
♡ Due to the holiday, weekend, and unforeseen USPS delays, shipping periods are never guaranteed. Unexpected changes can happen so if you are experiencing a delay with your order, please be patience. We will do our best to make sure your items are shipped out in a timely manner!
♡ Drama, unnecessary backlash, or bullying will not be tolerated. We understand that our hyper feminine choice of theme does not appeal to everyone and that is ok ♡ But hateful commentary or actions with the intent to harm our brands image will not be tolerated. If you cause a disturbance (other business brands or individual person(s)) you will be blocked and will never be allowed to shop with us again.
♡ Please be sure your mailing address is correct before completing your purchase or you will be liable to pay additional shipping fees to receive your order. You have until we ship out your order to request a change of address. After your order has been shipped, you will have one week provide the additional shipping expenses for redelivery. After the one-week period your items will be re-listed as available inventory, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

♡ Please be mindful that handmade items are subject to minor flaws and/or imperfections.
♡ You may NOT resale any of our products or claim our inventory/designs as your own. If you are caught you will be flagged and will never be allowed to shop with us again
♡ Through our products are feminine in nature, anyone with any pronouns that is 18+ may purchase from our store.
♡ Please be sure that you have everything in your cart before purchasing. I will not refund additional shipping expenses on orders placed soon afterwards.
♡ Product colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and colors used when editing product photos.
♡ Spoilette L.LC has multiple different vendors so the quality of our graphic designs/clothing fabric may differ slightly on occasion
♡ Please be mindful that our whipped body creams may change form during the process of delivery due to extreme changes in temperature. When exposed to high heat our body cream will revert back to its liquid oil form. If this happens do not worry! Simply refrigerate it for a few hours and it will solidify. To revive its fluffy consistency, remove the product from its container and use a hand mixer/whisk and mix in a circular motion for a few minutes. This is a naturally occurring process with body cream and cannot be prevented. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All body creams are refrigerated prior to shipment to help this issue. By purchasing with us you are agreeing that you understand and accept these conditions.

Please be mindful that due to extreme temperatures during shipping our lip care products (lip glaze, lip oil, lip scrub, etc.) may be subject to separation (a process in which added oils may rise to the surface of the product), blotching(a process in which the colorant from the non toxic add in charms bleeds into the lip glaze and leaves color spots),and color changing. This is a naturally occurring process with lip care products and cannot be prevented. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All lip care products are stored at a proper room temperature and packaged securely prior to shipment to help this issue. By purchasing with us you are agreeing that you understand and accept these conditions.

Allergic reactions to skin care products can be caused by an immune response to certain ingredients such as:
Dyes, fragrances, & flavorings. All of which are used in our skin care products.
Allergy symptoms:
Itching, redness, rash, swelling of the lips & difficulty breathing.
Symptoms typically occur with hours. If any of these symptoms occur, please wipe off the product immediately and seek medical attention. We do our best to make sure our products are ethically sourced and natural. We always exercise the upmost transparency with our product ingredients to avoid exposing anyone to allergens. Nonetheless, please always be sure to read product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
